The USC Victory Project for Injured Young Athletes

The Victory Project is dedicated to providing equitable, high-quality sports medicine care to youth athletes across Los Angeles, regardless of socioeconomic or insurance status. By partnering with families, physicians, coaches, and the community, we ensure every injured young athlete receives the same level of care as elite professionals—empowering them to recover, thrive, and achieve their full potential.
Founded and led by Dr. Alexander Weber, Team Physician for USC Athletics and the Los Angeles Kings, alongside Director Ryan Jotie, The Victory Project exists to break down barriers and give all athletes access to the care they deserve.
Our vision is to become the leading and most trusted resource for youth sports medicine in Los Angeles, ensuring every injured athlete—no matter their background or circumstance—receives world-class care, support, and the opportunity to return to the activities they love stronger and healthier than before.
Your donation directly fuels this mission—helping us expand our reach, grow our programs, and build a future where no young athlete is left behind due to lack of access to proper care. Together, we can make recovery, resilience, and victory possible for all.
