What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy focuses on interventions aimed at improving human health and wellbeing, using occupation as both a means and an end/goal. Occupations are meaningful activities that occupy a person’s time, that impact - and are a result of - wellbeing and sense of self.
